Return & Exchange Policy

At Man&More, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please note that we do not allow returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. Returns will only be accepted in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@mannmore.com with your order details and supporting images of the defect/damage.

Return Process

  1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  2. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. If your return is validated, we will arrange for a pickup or share a return shipping label.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours. We will assess the issue and process a replacement or refund accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective.
  • Items that have been used or tampered with.
  • Personal care and hygiene products due to safety and hygiene concerns.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at care@mannmore.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it based on stock availability. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
