At Man & More, we are dedicated to ensuring your grooming essentials reach you swiftly and securely. We know how important it is for you to receive your products on time to maintain that well-groomed look. Please read our shipping policy below for more details.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from care@mannmore.com. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your order.
5. Delayed or Lost Orders
While we strive for prompt deliveries, unforeseen circumstances like weather or logistical issues may cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at care@mannmore.com for assistance in tracking the order.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Man & More is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or notice missing items, reach out to us at care@mannmore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at care@mannmore.com. After dispatch, modifications or cancellations will not be possible.
